Windy Ridge in Park City - Girls Lunch!

What a beautiful day for a girls lunch! Nancy (girlfriend lunch planner extraordinaire) scored a perfect outdoor table at everyone's fave local lunch spot, Windy Ridge Cafe on Iron Horse Drive.
Iced Coffee.  There are very few spots in town that serve iced coffee with coffee ice cubes! Love!
Chicken Noodle Soup.  Hearty, homey, brothy, meaty, chunky, rich, light...intensely flavorful. Yummy and delicious and even served in a mini pot :)
Chopped Salad over Blackened Tilapia.  Nancy orders this religiously, this blackened tilapis. Fish looks super-seasoned and perfectly seared.
Caesar Sald with Grilled Salmon.  Lea's usual, the classic and beautiful caesar.
Salad with Grilled Chicken.  Who got this? Was this one Laurie's or Michelle's?
House Salad with Grilled Chicken.  Yum!
House Salad.  My all-time favorite salad here.
Lea gave us a lesson on handbags and colors. Orange!
Later on, I treated my kids (and myself!) to some "Premium Plus SMB Super Miracle Bubbles" from Walmart. Spill-proof?! Must keep current on all these kid-things.
Check out the spill-proof opening for the bubble wand. Finally a solution to bummer wasted bubble liquid spills! No more pouty wimpering cries over spilled bubble liquid! No more drama!
The M's spiffy bubble-blowing skillz...
Another spectacular afternoon in Park City, Utah. Seize the day!
