Shoyu

Located in the old Reef's Kitchen space at Kimball Junction, Shoyu is intimate and cozy. We like to come here for sushi before the movies at Redstone.
SHOYU, 1612 West Ute Blvd., Park City, UT 84098, 435-901-3990
Hamachi, $4.50.  Topped garlic and scallion.Salmon, Tuna, Tobiko, Avocado, Scallion, $9.  Custom no-carb. Randy got us hooked.
Crunchy Tuna Roll, $9.75.  Not normally my style, I love this - laden with tempura tuna.
Pickled Cucumber, $5.  Comfort food.
Hubby has soft spot for everything Penn so we had to see the latest Denzel movie Unstoppable. You know, that dude movie about an unmanned freight train. Love it! This was one darn good train-wreck movie that taught me: geography of Penn, historical impact of trains/railways, locomotive brakes, the physics of derailing, the construction of tracks, politics of union workers, cool tech electronics tracking, etc., etc. Must book a train-themed family vacay to Penn now... Railroad Museum of Penn...?!
