High West lunch menu

After an awesome bike ride, we headed to High West to see what it would be like during daylight. Gorgeous! Natural light flooded through all the windows in the big room showcasing the wooden barrel details of the high-end cowboy finish inside. Double date lunch with our fave peeps, Laurie and Patrick.
Okay, let's start off with some drinks, y'all...
House Made Sour Dough Pretzel, $6. Creamy dijon rye sauce, house cured pickles. This will have been the BEST pretzel of your life. No kidding.
Gazpacho with Lump Crab.  This cold raw veggie soup was spiced and chilled to glorious perfection, seriously. Chunks of meaty briny white crab. Chef James, you rock.
Even with a view of bikers and hikers taking the Main St lift up to Park City Mt Resort.
Sauteed Spinach & Tuscan Kale, $6.  With fresh grated ginger and maple syrup. Simple and brilliant.
High West Burger, $16.  House ground Niman Ranch Farms beef, Rolling Hills Ranch Bison, a proprietary secret flavoring, caramelized whiskey onions, house cheese blend (Gruyere & Blue), Fried Shallots, Served on house made caraway brioche roll, house cured pickles & fries. Sensational BURGER! Juicy, meaty, medium rare, incredible flavors...
Bacon Wrapped Delta Blue Shrimp, $14.  Grilled with our BBQ sauce, mango habanero salsa. Hands down, everyone's ultimate fave. If you have no religious dietary restrictions, get a few of these for the table!
Whiskey Cider Braised Short Ribs, $15.  Mashed Yukon gold potatoes, fried shallot rings. Ridiculous. After a killer ride, hike, whatever, this is how you feast ;')
A little sip of this...
