High West summer menu

We just can't get enough of High West Whiskey! Awesome place to bring out-of-towners to show off downtown Park City. Aleda and Mike took us all out for a fun time. Aleda's strict orders were to over-order. "Over-order, Lisa! Be wasteful! We are going to have a good time!" We started off with way too many drinks to rememberwhew. Our overcrowded table was filled with platters of multiple orders of everything. Bliss.
Utah Ballard Farms Pulled Pork, $13.  Slow roasted 18 hrs, fried golden tomatoes, BBQ drizzle. If you love pork and the south, you will love this. Certainly made for cowboys, juicy, BBQ-ey, with a delicious kick. We were with carnivores from the South. Plenty of meat on the table.
Whiskey Cider Braised Short Ribs, $15.  Mashed Yukon gold potatoes, fried shallot rings. This is one of my FAVORITE. Tender, meaty, rich, flavors galore. Oh, seriously...
Black Coffee & Bourbon Glazed Cod, $14.  Napa cabbage, chive slaw. Way too saucy, but nevertheless, very good. Buttery, oily, delicious.
Apple Wood Scottish Salmon, $14.  Wild Loch Duart Salmon smoked to order, wilted southern greens, whiskey leek butter drizzle. Salmon-lovers, get this!
Bacon Wrapped Delta Blue Shrimp, $14.  Grilled with our BBQ sauce, mango habanero salsa. OMG!! This one really is my favorite! Spicy and intense! Super kosher no-no!
Local Carrots with Sesame & Ginger, $6.  Look how gorgeously colorful all these local roots are. They taste as organic as they look. Delicious.
Sauteed Spinach & Tuscan Kale, $6.  Leafy, green, protein, fiber, calcium, vitamin K! Straight up greens, awesome flavors.
Black Angus Tri Tip with SPicy Slaw, $14.  House specialty, house smoked, HW BBQ chutney. Another deliciously heavy rich dish. Gosh.
Dusted Fries with Parmesan and Herbs, $6.  Hand-cut, parmesan herb tossed. Excellent fries. Your kids will LOVE them.
Asparagus with Pine Nuts & Tomatoes, $6.  Al dente, crisp, flavorful, yummy.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Baby Porcinis, $6.  Shallots, rosemary, olive oil, fresh lemon. Crazy good. Some of the best prep for brussel sprouts.
Still House Mac n' Cheese, $9.  White cheddar, gruyere, white crumbs, parmesan. Thick, rich, fatty, gooey, dense, cheesy, AMAZING.
Fresh Fruit Cobbler & Ice Cream, $11.  A classic. How can you not love this?!
High West Grillswith, $11.  Grilled cinnamon dusted Krispy Kreme Donuts, whiskey vanilla ice cream. Oozing melting mountain of evil. So so so sweet, gooey and yummy.
