High West

I met the boys for a cowboy lunch at High West, everyone's favorite non-stuffy dining spot in Park City. The food here is straight-forward, vibrant and simply prepared with high quality ingredients. Local farms, local produce, fine in-house whiskey.
Carrots.
Asparagus.
Brussels Sprouts.
Bacon Wrapped Delta Blue Shrimp.  Juicy and spicy with mango habanero salsa. I crave these.
Utah Ballad Farms Pulled Pork.  Slow roasted 18 hours, fried green tomato...
High West Burger.  House ground Niman Ranch Farms Beef, Rolling Hills Ranch Bison, whiskey onions, gruyere and blue cheese, fried shallots, house cured pickles, fries.... Amazing burger.
I am obsessed with High West pickles.
Bourbon Popcorn.  Bacon, bourbon, cashew, caramel...
Light pours into the big room and where you get views of skiers ride up on PCMR's Town Lift Chairs. All about natural lighting.
Your very own set of pepper and salt mills at your table. Nice.
Houston Davidson, in town from Brown.
High West 101 Flight, $17.50.  Silver Oat, Double Rye, Rocky Mt 21 Y.O., Son of Bourye.
Zack, turns out, is a whiskey cowboy.
