Thanks to Janice, it was another Girlz Nite with some smart 'n sassy city gals (a New Yorker, a Texan and an LAer ;) visiting us mountain gals at Silver. The night began at the upstairs bar with hunky bartenders and a dozen Cosmos, then relocated to a table (with seats lined in silver python) next to the video DJ who pumped out sounds and ceiling visuals all night long to our fave classics—Prince, Blondie, Michael Jackson, Cindy Lauper, Madonna, Salt-N-Pepa... "Pump it real gooood....oh baby, baby....baby, baby..."
Garden Salad, shaved radish, picked herbs, tomato, $8.
Roasted and Raw Beet Salad, goat cheese, bosc pear, caramelized hazelnuts, $10.
Australian Wagyu Carpaccio, golden miso, crispy shitake, pickled sunchokes, $15.
Truffle Pasta, peas, crispy sage.
Grilled Garlic Tiger Prawns, caramelized cauliflower, fresh herbs, meyer lemon, $32.
Foie Gras French Toast, granny smith, almond crioche, sherry syrup, $17.
Come to Silver and join the party upstairs or chill ambient style downstairs where it's always delicious ;) Look for the strikingly hot Lisa Barlow making the rounds ensuring tipsy bliss. Oh and btw, GET THE FOIS FRENCH TOAST! INSANE!
