Look what I found at Costco today in the fridge section with the fresh veggies—fresh shelled peas! Throw them in soups, pastas, noodles, rice cakes, scrambles, omelettes, quiches, fried rice, etc. Endless possibilities!
Ruth and Zack are responsible for teaching me the wonders and deliciousness of frozen peas during a fall hike. I've been seen buying organic frozen peas since ;')
