Silver King Cafe at The Park City Medical Center

I was excited to take Torie and Baby Evan for their first PC hospital lunch :) at Silver King Cafe. Check out Chef Jason Kieffer's blog to see what's up in that kitchen.
Grilled Marinated Flank Steak, Roasted Wild Mushroom, Rosemary Jus, $5 - Yes!
Winter Squash with Carrots and Agave, $1.50 - Amazing. Perfect. Not overcooked (like how the French do it!), not undercooked (so American...), just PERFECT!
Three Cheese and White Truffle Scented Pasta, $1.50 - A whiff of this truffleness will make you die. This was the best mac n cheese I've ever had.
Simply Steamed Broccoli with Garlic Oil, $1.50 - Perfect.
Southwest Turkey and Black Bean Chili, $2.50 - I felt so American eating this. YUM.
Butternut Squash Soup with Croutons, $2.50
Grilled Salmon Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries, $ - Torie loved it.
Turns out Baby Evan loves (no surprise) the salmon, sweet potato fries, broccoli and carrots. Where else can you confidently nurture and shape that baby palate?! All babies must begin eating solids here!
