High West Whiskey in Park City

High West Distillery & Saloon is a hot spot for romance, parties, biz meetings, girls nite out, etc. Atmosphere is cozy Western-saloon-mountain-chic. We came for light girlie grazing, killer drinks and downright heavy girl talk ;)

Pinot noir and Rendezvous Rye with a side of ice...and more Rendezvous and a cabernet.
Sauteed Spinach & Tuscan Kale (fresh grated ginger & maple syrup) $6 Love it.
Squash "Linguine" & Fried Eggplant (roasted yellow tomato coulis, brown butter & basil, gluten-free) $6 - Simple, clean, delish, al dente.
Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Baby Porcinis (shallots, rosemary, olive oil and fresh lemon) $6 - The best darn brussel sprouts you'll ever have.
Black Coffee & Bourbon Glazed Cod (napa cabbage and chive slaw) $12 - I always love cod and all buttery fishes. Could skip the slaw.
Silver Western Oat Whiskey and Truffles - Finish off in style :)
We love Chef James Dumas! He even cures his own duck ;) Come to High West for some real cowboy drinks (and even sissy drinks;) and feast on glamorous wild west whiskey grub. Yum! xolisa
