a Salon Dinner...

Grilled Lemongrass Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves.

Seared Shrimp and Scallop, Watermelon and Mint, Coconut Lime Juice, Chili Oil.
King Crab, Chard, Peaches, Empire Mushroom, Sesame Seeds, Fish Sauce.
King Oyster and Wild Mushroom, Braised Bokchoy, Crispy Ginger, Seared Garlic.
Medium-rare Tenderloin, Lime, Garlic, Soy.
Seared Rice Noodles, Dried Cherries, Tomato, Thai Basil, Shallot, Mushroom, Garlic, Miso, Coconut Chili.
Soup #1: Sour Tamarind Soup with Pineapple. Soup #2: Daikon Lemongrass Beef Stew.
Grilled Chinese Spiced Chicken Skewers.
Fresh Champagne Mango, Vanilla Mochi Ice-cream and Tapioca in Coconut Milk (not pictured).
