J&G Grill at St. Regis Deer Valley - breakfast



St. Regis J&G restaurant for breakfast... Valet below, ride the funicular up and take in the breathtaking majestic views of Deer Valley before entering the elegant J&G Grill open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I took my little bro Brian here for a lavish traditional American breakfast just to change things up a bit and to show off Deer Crest.
Coffee.  One darn good cup of coffee.
Apple smoked bacon, $6.  So unKosher, but so good...
Eggs Benedict with Ham, $18.  This was Brian's very first eggs benedict experience and will be his last. It was good, but we are just not built for hollandaise sauce!
English Muffin, $4.  I didn't know it was a la carte.
Fresh Orange Juice.  Wow, the best glass of of OJ ever.
Egg White Omelette with Fines Herbes, $15.  Exactly what you would expect out of fine-dining breakfast room. Eggs were cooked perfectly (not runny, not crispy, just perfect!) and potatoes were perfectly crisp.
You have been a godsend helping me with my broken leg. I love you, Brian!
