It was another day running a ton of errands in Salt Lake City with little bro Brian. We were stoked that Ashton and Fumi could join us for fantastic Golden Dragon dim sum. More friends means more dishes—yeah! We put in all our usual favorites.
Scallop Dumpling. These are still my favorite. Loaded with chunky sweet scallop in chewy wrap.Steamed Spare Ribs.
They do the sauce perfectly, omg. So fatty and decadent ;')
delicious. Very shrimpy, done perfectly and not too starchy.
Another standard delicious favorite.
Scallop and Chive.
Order this one! These balls are packed with chopped scallop, shrimp, chive and ginger.
Eggplant Stuffed with Shrimp.
Nothing is tastier than Asian eggplpant. Add shrimp paste and tangy sauce and you get heaven.
Buddha Supreme Tofu.
I love how they prepare their tofu. Soft silky center. Black shitakes, enoke and peas are nice colorful add. The sauce was way too thick, but it's not that bad once you pour it over rice. The tofu texture is UNREAL.
Steamed Stripe Bass in Soy, Ginger, Cilantro.
Unfortunately, the fish was sort of a bummer ;'( We should have ordered something live from the lobster crab tanks.
