Ghidotti's Italian Restaurant in Park City

House Focaccia and House Dip.  All the Bill White restaurants are known for their creamy spicy-tangy dips. Good luck holding back on this one. YUM!
Chef's Special Soup, Asparagus.  This one was creamy with a chicken stock. It was too rich for my liking but ended up being a suitable dip.
Grilled Salmon Picatta, house-made fettuccine, lemon, capers, parsley, white wine butter sauce.  Add some microplane parmesan and a lemon twist, this was outrageously good. Nothing beats house-made chewy al dente noodles...and white wine butter and capers ;')
Grapes and Gorgonzola Salad.  This was delicious with the wine and reminded us all of Grappa's famous Grape Salad.
Grilled Filet Migon.  Served with sauteed spinach and an unusual blue cheese raviolis. Meat was tender, medium rare and seared just right. The cheese in the raviolis were too strong (crazy stinky for all you cheese-lovers) and heavy.
Gelato Tasting For Two.  Chocolate, vanilla bean, caramel-espresso and pistachio served in hand-made wafer cones. Pistachio is my favorite!
